Author

Tracy Novinger was born in Aruba, lived in Brazil and attended Brazilian schools. She also lived in Tahiti for many years, where she was an French-English translator under oath for the French courts. She speaks English, French, Portuguese and Spanish, has published two books on intercultural communication with UT Press and the novel "Betrayal on Aruba Winds," what you never knew about WWII.
